To hold an effective meeting, it’s not enough to get everyone in the same room. The meeting room setup needs to reflect your communication goals, whether you are briefing your team or linking up with your satellite office via video conference.

Our meeting rooms come ready to go for all of your communication needs. We offer Zoom TV’s, presentation equipment, teleconferencing equipment, whiteboards, projector facilities, super-fast WiFi, and everything else you need to get connected, communicate ideas, and come up with new ones.

We also have meeting room layouts to suit any size or style of meeting. Find yourself your ideal layout, choosing from rooms accommodating between 2 and 24 people.

It’s also incredibly easy to lock a meeting in by creating a booking on the Christie Spaces app. There, you can also log requests for any specific requirements you might have to make your meeting run the way you need it. We have an on-site support team on hand to help you out with any technical or organisational issues that might arise. Also, if you are inviting guests to your meeting, they will be well taken care of by our concierge service.

Conference Room Design

We offer conference room layouts to suit any kind of meeting, training session, or event, with venues designed to cater for 2 to 250 people. These venues can be customised for your specific needs, whether you are looking to give presentations, organise small group activities, or generate wide discussion.
