01 / WHAT IS CHRISTIE SPACES?

Christie’s is a unique interpretation of the coworking concept in Australia. That is our point-of-innovation. We deliver 24/7 access with no hidden sign up fees. Everything is included up-front and our workspaces have full-time, dedicated coordinators to assist you and your team.  We represent true ‘business freedom’ for all of our members, with no need to sacrifice access or support network.

We are a one-of-a-kind boutique-gallery workspace and we value independent, creative professionals.  We value flexibility because you value flexibility and we are committed to reinventing what co-working can be for the entire Christie’s community.

03 / HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?

We would love to show you around one of our awesome central coworking locations. Simply arrange a selected tour time via our Book A Tour page. Or feel free to contact the Community Manager at your chosen location to schedule a tour.

04 / WHEN ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Christie Spaces are open 8:30AM – 5:30PM local time Monday – Friday across all our locations.

Members with 24/7 access can use your 24/7 swipe card to enter your designated location any time.

05 / WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A CHRISTIE’S MEMBERSHIP?

Hot Desk 

Step into an inspiring studio environment and jump into our awesome common areas to find a space that works for you. The Hot Desk Membership gives you the freedom to use any space in the beautifully appointed common areas and book one of our many fully equipped meeting rooms as well as full access to all networking & social events.

Inclusions:

  • Mix it up and grab an available quiet space for a day
  • Super-fast and secured (5M) Wi-Fi
  • Book a meeting room with your included 4 points per month
  • 24/7 access to you location and Community Space

Additional:

  • Hot Desk in another location: $50 per day
  • Mail and Packaging handling extra $50 per month
  • State of the art printers $0.15 per page B&W and $0.60 Colour per page

Open Office

Choose a dedicated desk in an Open Office alongside other like-minded members. Open Office space includes your own desk, chair and lockable pedestal.

The membership gives you the freedom to use any common area, book one of our many fully equipped meeting rooms using your ‘Points’ (available in your membership), access to unlimited networking & social events and 24/7 key-card access to your Christie’s location.

Inclusions:

  • Enjoy having your own desk with a lockable mobile pedestal
  • Super-fast internet (5M) via Ethernet to your desk or secured Wi-Fi
  • Book a meeting room with your included 10 points per month
  • Fully furnished with desks, chairs and mobile pedestals
  • State of the art printers with 120 –B&W and 20 Colour pages per month * Additional pages $0.15 B&W per page and $0.60 Colour per page
  • Mail and package handling
  • 24/7 access to you location and Community Space

Additional:

  • Add a VoIP phone $90 per month, per handset * Includes free local, national and mobile call within Australia.
  • Upgrade Internet packages available.
  • Hot Desk in another location $50 per day or points can be used.

Private Office

A space to call your own. Your Private Office is enclosed with a lockable door with desk, chairs and lockable mobiles. The Private Office Membership gives you the freedom to use any common areas, book one of our many fully equipped meeting rooms using Points available in your membership, access to all networking & social events and 24/7 key-card access to your location.

Inclusions:

  • Super-fast internet (5M) via Ethernet to your desk or secured Wi-Fi.
  • Book a meeting room with your included monthly points
  • Fully furnished with desks, chairs and mobile pedestals
  • State of the art printers with 480 – B&W and 80 Colour pages per month *Additional pages $0.15 B&W per page and $0.60 Colour per page.
  • Mail and packaging handling
  • 24/7 access to your location and community space
  • Private Office space that features abundance of natural light

06 / CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT SUPER-FAST Wi Fi?

Our members have unlimited access to free Wi-Fi (5M) on each floor.

For our members with Private Offices or Dedicated Desks, you have hard-wired Ethernet connections.

Included Private Wireless at $125ex.GST per month. Speed of the plan is shared across your VLAN users. Please allow two business days for setup. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice.

08 / HOW DO I BOOK A MEETING ROOM?

With your membership, you are entitled to monthly points that can be used to book meeting rooms. Please book meeting rooms via our Community Team or by using our App.

09 / HOW DO WE NETWORK WITH OTHER MEMBERS?

There are multiple ways to connect with other members of the Christie Community. Reach out to another member online through the app, join our daily events for networking or even just chat in the communal space over lunch.

It’s a great way to meet new people, ask questions about their business and grow your business within a community of other like-minded entrepreneurs and business leaders.

10 / WHAT FURNITURE IS INCLUDED IN THE OFFICE?

Private Office and Open Office desks include a desk, chair and a lockable mobile pedestal.

11 / HOW DOES PRINTING WORK?

Located in the communal areas are our Canon printers, which you will be able to use to print, copy and scan using our PaperCut technology. Points can also be used for printing.

12 / DO YOU HOST EVENTS?

Christie Spaces hosts a range of events from social to networking and much more. We love creating a community atmosphere for our members. There’s always something happening, including talks from business leaders as well as heaps of social activities for you to meet new people. All events are run by the Christie Spaces Event Manager so have a look on our website and app for past and upcoming events at your space.

13 / WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP BEGIN?

All memberships begin on the 1st of the month. We have a one-calendar month move out policy in which we require move out to be on the last day of the month during the working week period. This applies to our Private Offices and Open Office memberships.

14 / ARE ALL YOUR MEMBERSHIPS MONTH TO MONTH?

Yes, all memberships work on a month-to-month basis. Here at Christie Spaces we value flexibility because you value flexibility.

15 / ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Unfortunately no animals are allowed within the coworking space.

16 / WHAT IF WE REQUIRE PHONE SERVICES?

If you require phone services this is only available for our Private Office Members. VoIP Phones are available for $90 per month and $60 per month for additional handsets. This includes free local, national and mobile calls within Australia.

17 / HOW DO PRINTING POINTS WORK?

Included in your membership you will receive an amount of points depending on the membership you choose. These can be used for both colour and black & white printing and photocopies. Once you have used all your points, printing and photocopies will come at an additional cost. $0.15 per page B&W and $0.60 per page colour. Points do not roll over at the end of the month.

18 / DO YOU OFFER MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING?

Yes we do! Mail and package handling is included in Private Office and Open Office memberships. If you require this using our Hot Desk membership this is an additional $50 per month.

19 / CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE MAILING ADDRESSES FOR ONE ACCOUNT?

Sorry, only one mailing address is allowed per account.

20 / HOW DO POINTS WORK?

All memberships include points. These points can be used to book meeting rooms, print, photocopy and book Hot Desks in other Christie Spaces locations.
1 point (1 hour) for a Private Booth
2 points (1 hour) for a 4 person Meeting room
3 points (1 hour) for a 6 person Meeting room
4 points (1 hour) for a 8 person Meeting room
*Quoted points on off-peak basis. Peak periods may incur additional points.

21 / WHAT SIZES OF MEETING ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have a range of conference and meeting rooms at each Christie Spaces location. Generally our meeting spaces are designed to accommodate up to eight people.

22 / WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK A MEETING ROOM AT THE WRONG LOCATION? CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?

We only require one hour’s notice prior to the booking to edit or cancel. If you wish to cancel the booking within an hour of it start time, unfortunately you will still be charged 100% of this booking.

23 / HOW DO I REGISTER A GUEST FOR A MEETING?

When you book a room via the app there is a section to add guest registrations or feel free to let your Community Manager know.

24 / CAN I REGISTER GUESTS TO USE MY PRIVATE OFFICE/OPEN OFFICE DESK/ HOT DESK?

Unfortunately no, you will be required to register them a guest and book a meeting room for them to use.

25 / CAN GUESTS VISIT ME IN MY PRIVATE OFFICE?

Yes, please make sure to register them with the Community Team or via our app.

26 / WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN I KNOW I AM MOVING OUT?

All Private Office and Open Office Members are required to give one calendar month’s notice to move out or transfer offices. Notice needs to be given by the last business day of the month prior to vacating i.e. if you wish to move out on the June 31st, you must give notice to Christie’s on May 31st

27 / CAN I TRANSFER BETWEEN CHRISTIE SPACES LOCATIONS?

You sure can! If another location is more suitable for your business needs and has availability, we will work with you for an easy transfer between locations.

28 / DO YOU HAVE ANY REFERRAL SYSTEMS IN PLACE? ARE THERE ANY REWARDS OR DISCOUNTS?

Grow your business and grow the Christie’s community with our awesome Referral & Rewards program. Refer a new member and receive a 10% discount every month you and your referred member are with Christie’s for up to 12 months.

  • Referral fee is payable for up to 12 monthly or of the duration of:
    1. The period the new member stays for OR
    2. The period you stay as a member for this referral 
  • Referral fee is payable to any member
  • The fee is:
    1. Paid as discount off your monthly membership (i.e. If you are the owner of the business) OR
    2. Paid to directly you
  • Members can refer as many new members as they wish.
  • A referral must be initiated by submitting a “New Member Referral Nomination” form.

29 / WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BUSINESS HAS EXPANDED AND MY SPACE IS NOW TOO SMALL? ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THIS?

We love to hear that your business is growing and we sure do have the space to accommodate you! Christie Spaces offers offices for all sized businesses. Please let your Community Manger know and we can find the right space for you, which is available or will be in the future.

Using the Christie app you can review your monthly invoice any time! Or ask our Community Manager to show you how.

31 / WHAT IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS INACTIVE? AM I ABLE TO REACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?
