Currently based in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, Take Charge Assessment and Therapy (TCAT) is a professional services firm that offers functional and support needs assessments & programs. Their services include coordinating and assessing occupational and speech therapy, psychology, physiotherapy and disability consulting services. Since launching in 2019, this revolutionary service employs hundreds of social services specialists, improving the lives of thousands of Australians as a qualified provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).  

Operating from level 8 of our Walker St. property, both Andrew Haynes & Jem Muharren – the managing and executive director respectively – are committed to expanding their services into Tasmania and Western Australia by the end of the year.  

Aside from working in our Walker St. building, Andrew can also be found feeding treats to Anita – the resident guide dog-in-training and the official greeter of Walker St. level 8. Outside of the office, you can find Jem tuning up his skills as a violinist, having previously played professionally for the Southbank Sinfonia, Royal Opera House Orchestra, Scottish Opera and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
