- Brisbane - 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Nth Sydney – 7:30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
*Access may be arrange outside of these hours however please note that fees do apply for out of hours access

Can I park at the venues?
- Brisbane - No onsite parking. We recommend the Cathedral Square Car park, located at 410 Ann Street click here to download.
- Nth Sydney – Limited onsite parking with credit card in/out. We also recommend nearby carparks at 110 Walker St, 136 Walker St, 99 Walker St and 99 Mount St click here to download.
Can we provide our own catering?
As full catering is a service we provide, it is against our terms & conditions to bring any external catering onto our premises.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice.

Do you have fast wifi? Is it secure?
We offer our own network of high speed, secured wifi throughout our centres.
Do you offer AV support?
Yes. We are here to help with basic connections and troubleshooting as part of our service.
Is prepayment required?
No. We offer 30 day credit as long as we receive a credit card or PO# as security. Prepayment is only required should you be unable to provide security.
Can I book nationally?
Yes, as a service to our clients we can handle your national enquiries in our own and affiliate venues in capital cities around Australia.
